Privacy notice (draft)

What we collect on the waitlist

• Your email address.
• Your cell number, if you give it.
• Your family's allergy profile (allergens and how serious the reaction is). This is health-related information, and we treat it as sensitive.
• Whether you agreed to receive texts.
• Basic technical data our web host logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To tell you when NutNope launches and to set up your account.
• To show allergen flags that match your profile once the service is live.
• To text you only if you checked the text-consent box. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Texting isn't live yet.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal information or your family's allergy info.
• We don't share it for other companies' advertising.
• We don't share your text-consent or phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use a web host to run this site and receive form submissions. As we launch, we'll use providers for texting, payments and data storage, and this notice will list them.

Kids

The waitlist is for parents and guardians (18+). Kids shouldn't sign up themselves. Allergy details about a child are entered by the parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. A privacy contact email will be listed here before launch.
